Civil Aviation Administion of Vietnam gave the request to Jetstar Pacific Airlines to submit the analyzing report for the event of letting its passengers to wait for a long time in buses on the last 15 May.
Mr. Vo Huy Cuong, Head of Air Transport, said that, Jetstar Pacific had a short report on 18 May on some issues relating to its careless services. This Airline admits that its passenger had to wait nearly 1 hour due to the unharmonized between technical department, flight operation department and other ones.

In the morning of 19 May, CAAV had sent a request in writing requiring the detailed report of Jetstar Pacific on this event and the solution.
