Vietnam Airlines Corporation (VAC) and Jetstar Pacific Airlines (JPA) said that passengers in some flights of such 2 airlines could use web check-in before going to the airport.
With the system of web check-in (WCI), VAC said that passengers could do themselves all check-in procedures at any computer in connection with Internet and linked to the website of VAC. They could choose the seat and print the check-in card (in A4 size).
JPA said that city check-in service is implemented in 204 Tran Quang Khai Street, Hanoi. This is a convenient service with a lot of users.
Because of far distance between the Center of Hanoi and the airport, passenger could, instead of going to the airport for check-in with the luggages, be at 204 Tran Quang Khai to complete all procedures.
The Bus of Airlines will start 2 hour before the flight time, so passenger should be present at such address before that time for the completion of check-in.
