Some violations and corrective fine levels:

- The fine shall be from 500,000 VND to 1,000,000 VND for: smoking in the bathroom or other non-smoking areas of an aircraft; customers using electronic equipments that receives and transmits signal equipments when not permitted, and not following the security, and safety guidelines of the flight crew.

- The fine level shall be 10,000,000, to 20,000,000 for: illegally opening the exit door when flying, a flight crew member using drugs in the aircraft, and using aircraft under a lease contract without approval of competent authority.

- The fine shall be 20,000,0000 VND to 30,000,000 VND for: the aircraft user not complying strictly with the issued license, if the aircraft user paints or glues national signal or aircraft registration signal that do not follow regulations, if aircraft users do not maintain aircraft, propeller, equipments, facilities of aircraft in accordance with the approved maintenance program, if The fine shall be 30,000,0000 VND to 50,000,000 VND for: the aircraft user uses the aircraft without national registration certificate and certificate of fulfillment of flying conditions, and if the aircraft users do not supervise the safety and security of using aircraft as stipulated.
