The meeting discussed and approved the following issues:
- The operation result of the year 2007 and first quarter of 2008.
- The business plan of the year 2008;
- The charter capital raising plan for the year 2008;
- The plan of paying remuneration to the members of the Board of Management and Board of Supervision;
- Board of Supervision's Report on the Company’s administration of the Board of Management and the Chief Executive Officer.
- The Report on amendment, supplement of the Company’s Charter;
- Introducing and electing 01 more Board of Management member;
- Approving the replacement of a Board of Management member and electing the new Chairman of the Board of Management.
