The initial charter capital of VALC is 640,000,000,000 VND (equivalent to 40 million USD). It is planned that during 2008-2014 period, VALC will increase its charter capital up to 200 million USD and then to at least 1 billion USD by 2025. All founding shareholders as well as the key shareholders have committed to be long-term shareholders and will incessantly support the company’s development plans relied on each one’s strengths in order to build VALC to become a strong, sustainable, specialist company in aircraft leasing business. The company’s business strategy is to focus on the domestic market during the initial operation period and then gradually expands its operation to international market at the later period.
